Research Objectives:
- To determine whether persistent endemic functional Illiteracy and low literacy are related to the failure to transform the worldview
- To verify whether failure to transform the worldview in educational initiatives among members of the African community has contributed to the staggering numbers in HIV/AIDS in most African countries
- To verify whether failure to incorporate the cyclical time concept in educational initiatives among members of the African community has contributed to the staggering numbers in HIV/AIDS in most African countries
