Criteria:
  • The professional by affiliation with the organization seeks to make this way of life their career
  • Over age 21 and has been a volunteer with the corporation for one year
  • Submit current and detailed curriculum vitae which include three character references from persons who have known the applicant for at least three years and who hold positions of responsibility.
  • Earned Master’s Degree with not less than an average grade-point of 3.0 (“B”) on a 4 point scale or an equivalent average on a recognized alternative scale.
  • Volunteer in some area of service such as marketing, drafting of proposals, assistance with generating referrals, public relations, recruitment, follow-up, research for this corporation, or participated in a major development project with a team of employees
  • Be a published author, a sampling of relevant publications might help the reviewing committee understand the applicant
  • Be multi-lingual, could be seen to have more relevant qualities that would contribute to the goals of the organization
  • Provable interest and history to alleviate the burden of HIV/AIDS will be reviewed more positively
  • Show an understanding and concern for underdevelopment and poverty issues and a desire to address the underlying scourge of persistent endemic illiteracy and lack of functional literacy
  • Must be able to take leadership initiative with very minimal supervision during urgencies and with project specific responsibility
  • Must put corporate interest before personal interest to be considered for the future position as an Officer of this Corporation
  • Must be computer literate, own a computer and be able to type any assigned projects independently
